Required Exp : 12 to 20 years
Required Education : Bachelors / Masters degree
Required Skills :
- 12 to 20 yrs. exp in Investment Banking / Investment management / Capital markets / Private equity / Hedge Fund Domain
- Strong exp in Investment Management Lifecycle
- Strong exp in Investor Accounting / Investor Allocation / Fund Accounting
- Strong exp in building / managing Investor Allocation product would be highly preferred
- Hands on exp in investor Accounting products like Investran / Invest One/ HedgeTek / ManTra is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management & People management skills
- Excellent communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of highly competent and experienced Product Managers
- Create & delivery multi-year product roadmap that is aligned with the Product Vision
- Work closely with the Engineering Leads/Architects to translate the Product Vision into reality
- Communicate Product Vision and Roadmap with all stakeholders
- Enable client and partner development team to fully understand and articulate product capabilities & value proposition
- Build business case & consensus for securing Product R&D Budget.
