About the Role:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Lending team to build and enhance our Loan Management System. In this role Incumbent owns the charter of feature ideation, competitive benchmarking, prioritization of roadmap, GTM and product penetration.

Expectations/Requirements:

- A scalable Loan Management System that enables business to scale up Lending Operations without worrying about technology

- Meeting requirements of multiple lender partners

- Flexibility for product innovations

- Agility in adding new lenders to our growing portfolio

- Leveraging the common technology that already exists in company ecosystem

- Create a roadmap. Align stakeholders. Most importantly, deliver against it.

- Be a brand ambassador for company - Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant!

Superpowers/Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

- Experience in Building Platform Products in high scale businesses

- MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college

- Love for simplifying

- Knowledge of product development processes

- Being a leader and an inspiration to your entire team

- Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
