We are hiring for VP - Product Head - Personal Loans with A leading bank!
Location - Mumbai
Job Role:
1. Manage a mid-sized, seasoned retail book as the overarching product head for the company; own the P&L, and oversee the distribution of both physical and digital products.
2. Develop USPs in a market that is competitive - Shift customer ownership through the customer life cycle as measured by NPS - Own the perception of the PL Brand both internally and internationally
3. Create and manage significant partnerships within the PL ecosystem
4. Interact and collaborate with other Bank departments, such as the compliance, legal, digital, and portfolio teams.
Job Requirement :
- Product Management, specifically PL
- Understanding of customer behavior
- Ability to innovate and create impactful disruptions
- PL product and P&L understanding
- Strong market insight/network amongst existing ecosystem players
- A strong analytical bent of mind capable of making self-decisions based on data
- Data & Digital bent of mind
- Strong human/ team player
- Ability to manage conflicting needs/ people/ decisions
