Job Description - LAP (High Ticket)

- Formulate the Product policy, Credit guidelines for all the products.

- Feedback sessions of all retail RMs for product, process, policy changes for business

- Initiative for Internal presentation and related approvals for changes in policy and/or processes to improve disbursements

- Coordinate and Support RMs and branches for increasing speed, numbers, and volume of disbursements

- End to End Support to RMs and Branches for improving Business

- Develop new products in line with other Banks in the Market to increase retail loans portfolio

- Propose changes in policy and processes with proper market information to increase sourcing, sanctions, and disbursement

- Presentation of clear and measurable business goals to Management for new product and policy development

- Get market information for new developments/products being proposed/developed/launched by other Banks
