We are looking for a VP E commerce & Innovations for one the leading organization of India.

- You will be responsible to identify solutions, partners, build business cases and translates strategic requirements into actionable plans

- As a leader of the eCommerce function, you will also be responsible for transactions and revenue across direct channels. The role also involves maximising adoption of self-service tools and drive seamless customer experience across the journey.

- The roles require extensive use of technology and strong collaboration with internal and external partners to bring in best-in-class product and user experience.

- The Head of eCommerce will have a unique combination across business, product design, technology / digital solutions and partnerships.

- Business, startup & growth strategy

- Lead the visioning, design, development and management of Airlines eCommerce strategy with focus on web management, design & usability, eCommerce solutions, product development viz. mobile solutions & apps, IVR solutions, risk management, payment solutions, etc.

- Technology adoption & industry-first solutions

- Implement marketing automation, AI-led ChatBot solutions and analytics delivering segmented and personalised targeting.

- Research and keep abreast of evolving trends across eCommerce, Digital, User Experience, technology and distribution.

- Partnerships & collaboration

- Process & productivity

- 12+ years' experience in eCommerce & digital product management in FMCG, travel, eCommerce or retail space with 6+ years of experience in building and leading eCommerce team & business.

- Should have conceptualised, developed and sustained at least a product or group of products with multi-million-dollar top line or bottom-line impact.
