Job Description :  An early stage startup is looking for an experienced Vice President of Information Technology who is interested in an exciting and challenging role combining technology and business challenges. We value strong engineers who are lean enough to jump into most projects.   The Vice President, Information Technology will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and designing all operational activities of the IT department, as well as providing direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. Demonstrate leadership including resource allocation, project management, system integration, innovation and analysis. Work closely with Senior Management across all departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support secure solutions enabling employee productivity.  Your responsibilities will include:  - Participate in the development and execution of Enterprise Architecture strategy and implement the design and technology objectives outlined  - Be a senior technical resource to the development team, to help the team to adopt new languages and architecture concepts  - Ensure quality of the deliverable and adoption of development best practices and methodologies. Review code of other junior developers in the team.  - Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications  - Participate in technical discussions with customer teams & vendors on technical matters.  - Plan and execute the long term development roadmap.  - Developing, implementing and maintaining required organizational policies and audit standards  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of progressive IT experience  - 10+ years of hands-on experience managing of mid to large-scale information technology projects, including complex cross-functional and cross-organizational projects.  - Experience with CRM, AWS, RDBMS, Enterprise application integration (EAI), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), CTI, Business Intelligence solutions  - Knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, Chatbot, NoSQL, Data Analytics  - Track record of attracting and developing a strong IT organization.  Suitable candidates may contact   Rohan Verma Multivision HR Network +91 981 999 6930
