Client Details :

- Leading industrial manufacturing company serving both businesses and end customers, the client portfolio consists of some of the most well known brands in the industry specialising in industrial tools and automobiles, listed in some of the largest stock exchanges of the world.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for :

- Handling end-to-end procurement cycle for both direct and indirect purchases at pan-India level

- Develop procurement strategies basis the product portfolio and implement them across the plant locations to meet cost-saving targets

- To develop new suppliers and regularly evaluate them to ensure adherence to company's quality standards and be commercially competitive

- Adopt best-in-industry vendor management and procurement strategies to drive down the prices

- Create regular performance reviews and reports focusing on overall procurement outlay

- Ensure internal and regulatory compliance in all the procurement activities

Profile :

- An engineering graduate with a minimum of 12-15 years of total experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing industry

- Should have impeccable negotiation skills and ability to drive technology

- Strong people management skills

- Graduate from a top-tier college will be given preference
