Vice President - Procurement & Contract - Real Estate

- candidate has to be from Real estate background.

- Contracting in EPC & Infra is essential and is a must for the role.

- Some MNC experience in earlier stages of career would be preferred.

- Reporting to SVP Projects.

- Someone who has done high value procurements to the tune of 1000 crores plus.

- Someone who is a hard negotiator and is well versed with contractual documentations.

- Someone who can interact with senior stakeholders and Heads.

- Vendor management skills is absolutely essential

- BTech(Civil) / BE plus MBA( full time ) from a premier Institute /CA is essential
