Job Description : The position is part of the Central Procurement Unit and will support Pan India sourcing of Non-IT products and services such as Branch fit-outs, Facilities & Administration, canteen facilities, Outsourcing and Banking Operations related spends, Security, etc.

Description :

- Role requires strong collaboration with the key stakeholders to understand their requirement, recommend right sourcing strategy, identify suitable vendors, float enquiry / RFP/ Tender, conduct negotiations and finalise rate contract.

- Vendor Management - managing Vendor relations, overseeing order placement, measuring efficiency, and estimating input costs, price negotiations, purchase order creation, order tracking and management, and price dispute resolutions.

- Responsibilities to cover Vendor Management with respect to planning, due diligence / vendor selection, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring and termination.

Profile :

- Credibility individual who will adherence to the Group norms, procedures and practices.

- Candidate should have 12 -15 years experience in procurement and vendor management.
