- Looking for end to end P2P professional having minimum 18+yrs work experience in Procure to Pay
- Should have led large client delivery/portfolio delivery in the F&A space
- Should have work experience in leading Transformation from delivery and strategic front.
- Should have handled a minimum of 700+ FTEs who have worked in the capacity of Account leader being responsible for the complete P&L of the account.
- Subject matter expert in the P2P domain - has a high level of expertise on Procure to Pay (P2P) processes which includes Service Delivery, Automation (incl RPA), Transformation and Innovation
- Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using industry Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction
- Strong commercial awareness and project management ability
- Experience in change management
