We are looking for Candidates with experience in Process Excellence/Process Re engineering/Change Management/Project Implementation in Finance domain. Please refer to the details below: Job Description: - Build a portfolio of process improvement projects - which are prioritized together with process owners - Serve either as project lead or project coach/mentor to improvement projects using industry standard improvement methodologies like LEAN &amp; Six Sigma etc. - Embed continuous improvement capabilities into the organization by orchestrating specific process training to the process participants to empower them to implement process improvements measures themselves - Facilitate and catalyze the cultural transformation of the CFO organization towards a more process-oriented organization by leveraging your experiences and expertise to visibly demonstrate the advantages of working in a more process-mature organization - Serve as process change catalyst and coach for the organization by supporting appointed process organization to perform their roles with awareness/refresher training - Responsible to run/ assist process (simplification and standardisation ) workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps/flows and together with the process participants identify &amp; prioritize process improvement opportunities - Support the process organization to define meaningful process metrics - Establish a Quality Assurance (QA) mechanism with the process controllers with control points build into the process and supporting them to manage the process quality &amp; output - Build and foster effective partnerships and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders - both inside and outside CFO organization Qualifications - University degree and 10 to 15 years overall experience - Hands-on process management experience in financial industry - experience with off-shoring operations is an advantage - 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in driving process re-engineering initiatives and expertise knowledge of Process improvement methods (Lean Six Sigma &amp; LEAN etc) - Knowledge and exposure to Enterprise Process Model (EPM) will be an advantage - Demonstrable change management experience - also with senior management - Proven track record of leading &amp; delivering initiatives with global &amp; matrix organizations - Strong analytical skills as well as excellent problem solving skills - Effective influencing &amp; facilitation skills - collaborative sparring partner - Confident &amp; professional communication style - Ability &amp; cultural sensitivity to motivate and inspire others - Proficiency in English (oral and written) - additional European languages is an advantage Anuja Credence Hr Services
