Vice President - Process Engineering/Change Mobilization - Asset & Wealth Management Firm (12-18 yrs)

Designation: Vice President Asset and Wealth Management Change Mobilization - Process Engineering

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and drive key workflow and process automation engagements across Asset and Wealth Management

- Drive and product manage BPM, BDM and low code execution capabilities in a holistic manner for Asset and Wealth Management

- Be an active member of the Design Modeling Center of Excellence and support the community of practice members.

- Actively participate and provide hands-on support during problem identification sessions, to help capture and document problems, major issues, and actionable opportunities

- Manage and track deliverables, and provide status reports as required by management

- Develop deep trust-based relationships with stakeholders and colleagues

- Partner with Operations teams to track and monitor deliverables as they implement recommendations

- Partner with Technology teams to design and build Implementation solutions for workflow and business decisions

- Support the automation of process and decision models with Technology

- Drive training courses across Business Process and Decision Management

- Identify and raise potential roadblocks/obstacles and escalate issues to the team

- Interact with other high-performing teams to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank

- Continually look for opportunities to support the team's service offering with a focus on repeatable, scalable, exportable practices and tools

Qualifications

- 12+ years of combined experience across process and decision re-engineering and automation

- 5+ years of experience working across low code automation capabilities and a deep understating of low code implementation lifecycle

- 5+ years of experience managing change management teams with a focus on process and decision management

- 3+ years of experience with workflow and decision design and automation

- Hands on experience with Low Code automation solutions like Pega Low Code, Appian and other solutions aimed towards process automation

- Expert knowledge on BPMN, DMN, CMMN and other process modelling frameworks

- Deep expertise and experience in end to end architecting and managing of process and decision model repositories

- Experience product managing and rolling out BPM, BDM or other low code capabilities within large scale organizations

- Hands on experience with mapping and modeling tools using DMN and BPMN- example tools include Signavio, Camunda, Sapiens, Appian, etc.

- Must showcase skills on process modelling, decisions modelling, creating asset library, optimization of process models, simulations and prototyping

- Experience in designing, architecting, and optimizing decisions models specifically for implementation

- Must have the expertise of process improvement and process re-engineering frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma. Green Belt or higher is a plus

- Proven record of using process mapping and improvement techniques to improve the process and decision efficiency, and identifying control gaps to improve overall operational capabilities

- Ability to hold and independently drive stakeholder and working group conversations on project

- Understanding of core concepts of data analysis, ETL, and management e.g. KPIs, KRIs, KGIs etc.
