An established Company which is in the field of Contract Manufacturing & Contract R&D.

Designation: VP/ President - R&D

Experience : 20 years experience in a senior level position. Should have managed a team of 30 to 40 people.

1. Exposure to process development and route synthesys.

2. Exposure to ARD process.

3. Good track record of transfer of ADL to production.

4. Good interpersonal and team management skills.

5. Experience to handle the entire gamut of regulatory aspects in terms of analytical capabilities.

Qualification : PhD in Organic Chemistry

Responsibilities :

Thorough understanding of :

- In process research to design the route of synthesis, process development analytical development and scale-up technology from established CRAMS, API research company.

- He will be in-charge for 10-member research team with proven track record with on-time delivery is preferred.

- Should have excellent Team management skills.

- Should have a vision, a clear picture of the objectives of the organization, his team and individuals within it.

- He should be well aware of the SOPs, GMP and the safety norms to be followed in the labs.

- Should be good at interpersonal and leadership skills and will be able to coordinate with all Cross- functional departments

- Should be able to motivate the members of the team continuously and get the most out of them.
