Vice President, Portfolio Analytics Alternative Investment Fund / Alternative Asset Management

- One of our global clients provides fund administration services to world's leading hedge funds. They have 500+ billion AUM with offices in US, UK and APAC regions.

- Their global portfolio analytics team is seeking senior analytics professional with 11+ years of portfolio analytics experience in asset / investment / fund management firm.

- Potential candidate has to be based in Mumbai, India and responsible to lead small team and should have working experience in coding Excel - VBA OR R.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and supervision on day-to-day activities to ensure timely clients deliverables

- Supervise discussion with IT colleagues in maintenance and improvement of various proprietary analytical tools

- Guide the team in interactions with global team and clients on analytics offerings

- Streamline existing processes by proactively engaging with relevant stakeholders

- Active participation and contribution in building new analytical tools

Key skills to qualify for this job:

- Qualified degree with solid understanding of equities, derivatives and fixed income.

- Excellent in people and global stakeholder ship management.

- CFA or FRM will be preferred.
