Vice President - Plant Head - Solvent Extraction/Oil Seed Extraction

- Looking For Plant Head / Vice President for Solvent Extraction / Oil Extraction Business. - BE / B.Tech - From REC / NIT/ IIT / MBA (Preferred)

- Managing end to end operations of an oil extraction unit.

- Sourcing Raw Material

- Running Operations for extraction of various products/bye products.

- Selling/ support selling of all products and bye products

- Experience of handling all-round operations of a similar large unit in the range of Rs. 600-800 crores

- Manage a workforce of 500 (Direct & Indirect) Employees

- Know how of oil industry standards and ensuring all compliances for smooth operations of Unit

- Manage external environment, all relevant Government authorities and agencies

- Knowledge and experience of quality Systems and Standard in the relevant industry.

- Manage Business in ERP environment e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.

- Ensuring Day to day troubleshooting and consistency in quality in all products and bye products

- Efficient and profitable sales and effective customer relationship management both internal & External

- Develop and work upon a short term and long term strategy for business.

- Should be well conversant in Telgu
