- Developing Business Development strategies for infrastructure consultancy Projects for formation of JV, proposal preparation, client management

- Carrying out competitive benchmarking, incorporating latest trends in the sector.

- Knowledge of urban planning related issues.

- Build and grow the technological base and initiate strategic technical initiatives to give the company a competitive edge in terms of cost, design and technology

- Identify strategic partners for design and other initiatives and build relationships

- Ensure that the design related delays are minimized and timely approval support is provided

- Keep abreast with respect to competitor design both on an overall and regional basis and ensure that the Brand is one step ahead of the curve

- Scheduling available resources to meet planning targets; writing reports.

Developmental

- Recruit appropriate talent where required for work area

- Carry out performance appraisals; assess capability, and training needs of individuals in the function.

- Career planning for employees through guiding, coaching, mentoring and motivating them towards superior team performance & for achieving department and units objectives.

- Develop team's capabilities and keep updated with the latest trends.

- Work hand in hand with corporate Business Development Unit to identify Staff for new proposals, format of CVs, finalization of remuneration for key staff and getting sign off in standard format
