Brief Job Description :

1. Head over all P&L for the business & ensure targeted revenue growth & EBITDA.

2. Acquisition of new business

3. Maintenance of target revenue from the clients as budgeted for the year.

4. Optimizing Staff cost & Operational costs

5. Ensure bills to client are raised in time & Bills to be realized within 90 days of raising it

6. Ensure that day to day operations are managed as under :

a. TAT & Quality as per SLA

b. Number of Errors to be negligible

c. Timely & accurate Reporting / Management Information analysis - For Clients, Regulators, Management

7. Ensure Relationship Management with Client, Regulators, Investors & Internal Stakeholders.

Responsible for following :

a. Number of Escalations

b. Client feedback

c. Prompt qualitative response to query from Client/ Regulator

d. Manage Dash board of activities in time & take corrective action based on it

8. Team Management - Ensure Learning Initiatives, Adherence to discipline, punctuality and compliance by the team & Attrition Management

Key deliverables :

1. Revenue growth & EBITDA for the business unit

2. Relationship management with various stakeholders like lead managers, RAIN members, and statutory and quasi legal bodies like SEBI, Govt., Stock exchanges and depositories etc.

3. Customer & investor satisfaction - Feedback & number of escalations

4. SLA management

5. Team management

6. Cost optimisation for team
