Role Responsibilities:
- P&R Relationship Management: Take end-to-end responsibility of Performance and Reward, including relationship management for GSCs and TCs across India and Egypt - spanning a diverse set of the regulatory landscape, market practices, and cultural nuances and challenges. The total combined HC for GSC/TC is currently in excess of 35,000 employees spread across 2 countries and 3 legal entities.
- Functional Work-Streams: Lead functional work-streams related to P&R across GSC/TC in areas such as Market Pricing, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Deferred Compensation etc.
- Design commercial, compliant and business-relevant policies and programs for the relevant business, aligned with the overall strategy and policies (adhering to the relevant governance structure)
- Advocate Group Performance & Reward strategy within the business, including the use and acceptance of total compensation, incorporating local business needs and regulatory requirements as appropriate
- Support the development of the region or business line compensation structures and incentive plans and manage local benefits framework and policies which encourage maximum employee contribution to service quality and business profitability (as appropriate)
- Communicate and support coordination of relevant annual Performance & Reward events
- Establish and sustain effective partnerships with Generalist teams, Specialist teams, HR Service Delivery, and Business Support to enable the delivery of One HR
- Act as product champion for Performance & Reward to stakeholders across the HR function and within the business, building awareness and adoption of relevant products and processes
- Develop appropriate communication programs, with Business Support and Internal Communications, supporting local/relevant change programs to realize improved business performance
