Vice President Performance Operations : - Provide vendor relationship oversight in regards to performance measurement and composite maintenance through significant one on one interaction with other investment professionals. - Work with other colleagues within a global organization to streamline and increase efficiency and accuracy of the performance measurement processes. - Understand the performance requirements of Company's proprietary funds, local reporting rules and regulatory requirements and work with functional teams in providing accurate performance data - Understand and work on the FIRM's annual GIPS verification process. - Work within the group to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies with Operations teams. - Identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend process improvements - Project work as needed relating to the Perf Ops team - Support the India IM Operations Head in day to day management of Bengaluru Operations - Leadership Role in driving Bengaluru Ops People Strategy in line with local and global agenda - Respond to various requests from Firm, Business Unit and Operations management - Represent Operations at Bengaluru Operations and Firm governance routines as required - Facilitate senior management meetings and visits - Partner with GWS and Operations management in executing location strategy moves and related governance Skills required (essential) : - Asset management performance calculation and reporting experience including knowledge of alternative return calculations and GIPS standards - People and team management experience - Keen attention to detail - Strong communication and influencing skills - Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work - Strong interpersonal skills, team player - Fluency with all MS Office Tools - Good relationship / Networking skills Ability to think outside the box approach in problem solving - Ability to identify and escalate risk issues to stakeholders - Highly proactive and energetic focus toward client service and relationship management - Strong individual initiative with the ability to take a proactive approach to assigned projects and new team initiatives - Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality Skills desired : - Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects through the various phases of project management lifecycle. - Prior experience of working with Global teams/ Transition Management/ PMO work would be preferred
