Job Description - Lead the performance marketing function for a leading Edu-Tech organization

Client Details :

Our client is a market leader in the Ed-Tech space. We are looking for a thought leader, who would lead the performance marketing function for our client.

Description :

- The VP of performance marketing would lead the entire digital / performance marketing function for the company


- He / she would lead a team, to measure the effectiveness of prevalent campaigns and optimise the same


- Use multiple analytical tools for optimization of marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, display and search advertising


- Lead the demand generation function for the company, with paid campaigns, email marketing, push notifications, etc


- Co-own the ROI for the digital marketing budget

Profile :

The successful candidate must have:

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in driving performance marketing function in a Consumer Tech (B2C) company


- Must have managed scale


- Managed a big team


- MBA from a tier 1 college


- Hands on knowledge on use of tools like Clevertap, Webengage, and familiar with marketing automation tools


- Excellent communication
