Your Role at a Glance:.

- Drive HR Excellence: Lead key projects such as organizational design, talent reviews, diversity & inclusion strategies, pay rounds, and succession planning.

- Collaborate & Influence: Partner with HRBPs and business leadership to deliver innovative solutions.

- Streamline Processes: Identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and enhance systems for better outcomes.

- Ensure Compliance: Manage risks and governance across all HR activities.

What You Bring to the Table:.

- Postgraduate degree (preferably in HR).

- Experience as an HRBP for technology portfolios.

- Proven leadership in managing large global teams.

- Expertise in transformation and process simplification projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Technology, Banking, or Finance domains is a plus.
