- Under the general direction of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role in senior cadre Responsible for the Payments solution (such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, AEPS, NACH,etc) & delivery solutions (such as ATM,POS, Cash Recycler, ECom) and their Operations function

- Should have a minimum of 10 years experience in banking technology out of which the candidate should have implemented a minimum of 2 payment solutions and 1 delivery solution minimum

Job description

A: Subject Matter Expertise:

- Working knowledge on flow of transactions of Payment channels such as NEFT,RTGS,IMPS,AEPS,NACH, UPI, ECom, that are being used by banking industry.

- Hands on expertise on ATM Operations, Debit Cards, cash dispensers and the related banking transactions.

- Flow of ATM transactions and its trouble shooting at multiple points of failures

- Experience if any in Tap and go payment solutions

- Identification of Cardless payment solutions as alternatives to ATM and PoS transactions

- Solutions to facilitate low value face-to-face transactions without a centralized settlement system based on new and fast emerging cellular standards such as LTE Direct

- Banking Knowledge such as transaction processing from initiation till GL posting

- Entire domain knowledge on Payment Settlement.

- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements.

B: Project Management Expertise:

- Building customer relationships through service excellence and respect.

- Defining the standard project model to be planned for each product.

- Setting up the process and related standard procedures with the goal to optimize the right balance between customer needs, technical needs and need of each project.

- Executing procedures inside the project goal.

- Customizing standard IT tool for tracking project activities, deliverables and quality and any interaction with customer.

- Setting up and managing indicators for performance process quality and end user satisfaction measurement.

- Writing project plans with all activities and responsibility agreed with various stake holders and monitoring activities during project deployment.

- Writing User Requirements, describing all the important issues that will drive the decisions taken during software life cycle.

- Identifying end user training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualification:

- College degree in technology (BE-IT) preferred.

- CAIIB will be a huge plus.

- Certifications in Project management, ITIL (Practitioner or above)will be added advantage.

- 10+ years of leadership experience managing and/or directing large IT operational teams preferred.
