Vice President - OTC Derivatives Operations (12- 18 years) A varied role for OTC Derivatives Operations aspirants. It involves Operations Management, Management Oversight of all KRI's and KPI's, OTC Derivatives Operations Confirmations. LOCATION : Mumbai YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER : A leading, global firm with a distinguished clientele providing extensive financial and asset management services. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Operations Management : Managing a team size 20+ FTEs and responsible for oversight of recruitment, training, appraisals and ongoing development of staff. - Management oversight of all KRI's and KPIs - Ensure all applicable governance, compliance, risk policies and procedures are adhered to and a mechanism exists to promote escalation by staff where appropriate. - Continual review of existing processes to ensure exceptional performance, efficiency and risk management. Carry out complex analysis to identify innovative ways to improve straight-through processing, client experience, performance against regulatory targets and the firm's standing against its peers. - Project Management : Work closely with the Change Management team to define the business requirements to determine the investment priorities. Ensure deadlines are met and gain business/stakeholder buy-in for the strategy. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE : - At least 12+ years of experience in Operations and Risk Management - Demonstrated track record of bringing initiatives to timely closure - Strategic thinking and vision - Ability to manage through a changing business landscape - Maintains comprehensive understanding of the market, products, and regulatory environment including the implications on the operating environment WHATS IN FOR YOU : - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders.
