In existence for past 3 decades, the group has grown into a team of 150+ members; with offices in major metros in India and SE Asia.   - It has strong presence in Wealth Management, Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, MF distribution and has won several awards.  For its CF team it requires :   VP - Origination - Corporate Finance  Role :   - Will be responsible for Business development & Origination of mandates for Fund raising through Debt  - Have strong understanding of the different debt products like Working Capital, Term Loan, Project Funding etc.   - Understanding the business model/ project and assessing the finance required for the project.   - Preparing funding proposal for Large Corporates .  - Analyzing the financial statements, preparing project cost statement, estimating project profitability, preparing implementation schedule, loan repayment schedule, cash flow, CMA data  - Identifying Banks/Financial Institutions for structuring the transaction  - Handling existing corporate relationships of the firm and analyzing possible business opportunities  - Generating leads and business from existing clients  - Building and developing relations with various banks and NBFC's.  Candidate :  - Should be from Corporate Finance or Debt origination background.   - Must have existing strong client connectivity preferably in Western India.   - Extensive networking with banks, FIs, corporates.
