VP - Operations - Client is a technology solutions provider for efficient and effective workplace environment by use of patented sensor technology, mobile apps, data analytics and innovative displays, their solutions enable businesses to fully understand the utilisation of an office building leading to more than 20% savings through improvised working environment for staff and businesses. - VP Operations will be reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for setting a strategic direction for India operation covering Sales(helping to expand in India, one with C level relationships), instrumental in providing Global Support to customers, Oversee function of people and finance, identify recommend and implement new processes, technologies towards streamlining the organisation processes and utilisation of resources. Eligible applicant should be a woman, must have : - Hands-on experience in either people operation, client operation or customer operation. - Must have sales/BD orientation with capability of influencing and networking with C level executives - Have a strong understanding of technology and tech-engineering to be able to deliver on the overall should have worked with global support teams across geographies.
