It is a complex process involving multiple stakeholders - from suppliers, manufacturing facilities, warehousing, installation and service teams to delivery. The candidate should have a proven ability to manage complex processes and large teams. The main KRA - KPA - will be aimed at reducing TAT for delivery/production - increasing efficiency and putting into place processes to scale - as well as working with tech and product team to create optimal tech interface and tech products to improve efficiency across the operation. Will have to have the ability to lead and build strong teams. Ideal background - with experience in operations in any mid- large start-up - city or business unit head, good problem solving and analytical skills - highly organised and focused individual. - You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework for residential interior fit-out projects. - You will support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the projects in the regions. - You will ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines. - You will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects. - Tech-savvy professional with experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives
