VP Operations, Risk & Service for a Leading Digital Bank, Singapore
- Handle a diverse set of activities including Merchant Onboarding, Financial operations of Reconciliation and Settlement, Pre & Post Boarding Risk management, Transaction and Merchant Fraud monitoring, Dispute resolution, Merchant and Customer Support, Consumer Operations including wallet and Credit and New projects/initiatives
- Ensuring delivery of Services as per agreed SLAs with Internal teams and for Key stakeholders
- People management; Need to handle large and diverse team across multiple locations
- Co-ordinating with Banks, Regulators, Auditors, merchants and partners in ensuring Compliance to agreed Standards and processes
- Working with partners in setting up Operational processes and controls for new launches
- Review and Continuously improving the existing operational processes and controls
- Work closely with Product and technology team in Automation of processes and controls. Ensure timely delivery and support for new product launches
- Lead and train teams to be empowered in managing responsibilities and Stakeholder management
- Ensure implementation of benchmark standards for Merchant and Customer Service and implement new channels for Service delivery
- Work with Global teams in building benchmark processes and policies for continuous improvement of Operational processes and controls
- Strong orientation towards Automation and Service
