Title: VP Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

- The positions will responsible for managing the entire operations of the debt book

- Reports to Head of Debt

- Responsible for building the strong practices for managing the debt book including review, building best operational practices for managing the debt book

- Implement strategy to deploy and maximize the returns for the company

- Ensure alongside other teams, the company effectively adheres to all the compliances and regulatory norms

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities across different functional areas

QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA Tier 1 B School and/or Chartered Accountant;

- About 10 years of work experience in the financial industry in credit risk, capital markets and/or corporate finance

- Working with a leading NBFC, Bank or debt focused PE fund
