Looking for a VP - Operations to Lead and manage all the online shows on the platform with responsibilities of production and distribution, programming, acquisition and licensing, strategy formulation, driving digital engagement, monetization, and onboarding celebrities. Role : 1. Responsible for the smooth broadcast of various online shows like Reality and Gaming shows. 2. Responsible for ideations, creation, development, and execution of various reality/ gaming shows. 3. Responsible for quality check on the content of shows. 4. Development and implementation of all technical policies and procedures. 5. Responsible for budget preparation and presenting to board for approval on various reality shows. 6. Ensuring execution of production projects as per defined quality and budget parameters. 7. Work collaboratively with teams across the business to develop and execute ideas which helps to establish workflow, plans, and strategies as well as applying delivery deadlines to the broader business. 8. Review that metadata and digital delivery chain processes regularly and drive process improvements that will increase efficiency and/or accuracy. 9. Formulation processes across delivery centers. 10. Managing the entire content, curation, production of segments, 11. Creating a comprehensive content strategy for increasing visibility and designing the content plan &amp; budget 12. Analyse data to understand user behavior &amp; feature content on the platform with the objective to increase total watch time/impression &amp; total streams/ user Requirements : 1. 10+ years experience working in operations/program management roles in the media and entertainment industry. 2. Ability to formulate the processes across delivery centers. 3. Experience in operations team in entertainment and gaming production, Studio operations in broadcast, digital OTT companies managing to broadcast of the shows. 4. Experience in programming strategy. 5. Experience in managing a team such as content creation and production, best time utilization of celebrities and influencers. 6. Understanding of various state of the art Internet technologies 7. Experience working on experiential programs, content creation, and new media platforms preferred. 8. Understanding of compliance with respect to, territory standards and industry-specific. 9. Conceptualizing and arranging for shoots for documentaries, video packages, promos &amp; product shoots. Understanding of various video formats and video production techniques 10. Experience in Online Studio and virtual reality Operations.
