- The role entails managing the operations spread over multiple cities. - The operations will focus on the post design journey of the customer/product i.e. the physical production and assembly of each home. - It is a complex process involving multiple stakeholders from suppliers, manufacturing facilities, warehousing, installation and service teams to delivery. - The candidate should have a proven ability to manage complex processes and large teams. - VP - operations, for now, will report directly to CEO has the potential to grow into COO over a period of time. - The main KRA - KPA will be aimed at reducing TAT for delivery/production - increasing efficiency and putting into place processes to scale as well as working with tech and product team to create optimal tech interface and tech products to improve efficiency across the operation. - Will have to have the ability to lead and build strong teams. Ideal background : IIM graduate with experience in operations in any mid- large startup city or business unit head, good problem solving and analytical skills - highly organised and focused individual.
