Site Lead Role for a Fortune 500 company for the Trivandrum Location in India

Trivandrum is a center of excellence for Insurance and Utilities. In addition operations support customers in the Creative Communications, Market Research, Financial Services and Retirement benefits industries. Overall FTE size being 1500 approximately with 2 AVPs and 2 Senior Managers reporting into this role.

Besides Running operations, the role entails, overall site accountability of all support roles including HR, Admin and Facilities, IT, Security

The objective is to expand the site both organically and by adding new business lines. Pipeline client names cannot be shared with candidates.

People development and to act as a custodian of performance culture aligned to Company Values.

Responsibility to connect with the GTech / Kerala IT industry to understand best practices and implement them and to implement industry norms
