Vice President - Operations - Digital Marketing (6-9 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced folk, having 5+ years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in the Technology / Marketing industry, 4+ years of people management experience (must-have), experience in performance marketing, highly organized and has strong communication skills with team-handling capability.

CTC: 10- 12 LPA
Exiting Policy: To exit the role, letting the HR officials know beforehand is necessary. (60 days period)
Work Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
Work Location: Work from Office. WFH will be offered as per the prevailing Covid situation in the city.
Work Requirement: Should have his/her laptop (Reimbursement will be provided)
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days
Job Role:
1. Ownership of business clusters for post-sales business delivery and expansion within the customer base.
2. Defining organization constructs for rapid scale. Deliver performance and efficiency in the rapidly growing Business Operations team
3. By examining data and current procedures, identifying patterns, and proactively developing strategic recommendations, one can support, create, and carry out the company's strategies with the utmost efficiency.
4. Working closely with clients and corporate leadership to get results.
5. Managing business performance to maximize client satisfaction
6. Oversee the development of a 10+ member business operations team.
