We are working on a mandate to hire VP-Operations for our start-up client in the domain of student housing - Stanza Living !  What is Stanza Living-   Stanza Living (www.stanzaliving.com) is a technology-enabled,high-quality student accommodation concept which is seeking to disrupt the multi-billion-dollar student housing market by putting the student, as a consumer, at the heart of the product and service design, development and execution. From smart space planning in rooms to gamifying food (cutting edge Food-as-a-Service concepts), from creating common areas for engagement and community living to delivering reliable, predictable and standardized services to residents through back-end technology integration, Stanza is challenging the status quo when it comes to student community living. For the first time, we are making student accommodation an experience product in line with evolved hospitality areas like hotels, guest houses and serviced apartments.  Job responsibilities  Operations head will be responsible for building the customer service platform at Stanza Living. Huge opportunity to come on board and shape the core differentiator at Stanza i.e. Customer experience.  - Create and implement customer service roadmap for next 2 years  - Full responsibility to own the customer service budgets  - Understand customer (student / parent) requirements   - Design process/metrics to enhance customer experience and drive retention  - Identify and on-board best-in-class partner network across services  - Create system to evaluate and improve partner performance  - Build customer on-boarding and engagement playbook that can be replicated at scale  Job requirements  - 5+ years of work-experience in startups, consulting etc.  - Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you  - A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset  - Understand and love technology.
