- Center of excellence for Insurance and Utilities. In addition, we have operations that support customers in the Creative Communications, Market Research, Financial Services and Retirement benefits industries

- The work involved ranges from Insurance application processing, tax filing, accounts payable and receivable, policy issuance, endorsement, renewals, resource and commissions support, activation and termination of agent contracts, loss runs

- DRs in operations and overall site accountability of all support roles including HR, Admin Any new teams to be set up @ Trivandrum (Expansion plans)?

- The objective is to expand the site both organically and by adding new business lines. Pipeline client names cannot be shared with candidates
