Vice President - Operational Risk - Fixed Income Division - Investment Bank

One of our clients is one of the leading investment banking firm with presence across the globe. As they expand, they are looking to hire VP - Operational Risk role within Fixed Income division with strong expertise in control testing, risk framework and RCSA for investment banking.

Responsibilities:

- Managing operational risk incidents, adhere to risk policies and RCSA.

- New client review and ongoing review for existing clients

- Developing and designing new controls & processes within first line

- Design and control risk plan, prioritise approach, and validate inventory.

- Collaborating with cross functional team,

Required:

- CA, CFA, CPA or MBA Finance.

- 12+ years of experience in operational risk, control testing, control validation for investment management.

- Good knowledge of Fixed Income, FX or Commodities products

- Strong risk, process, and control validation/testing, and assessment skills

- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
