- Looking for VP Operational risk Global Banking (Markets, Treasury, Investment Banking) / SVP Operational Risk (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking) MNC Bank, Mumbai.

- Ensure Operational risk framework implementation, Business Enablement and overall Ops risk oversight.

- Responsible to provide training and awareness on operational risk.

- Engage in key change management initiatives to ensure that operational risk exposure is considered and addressed.

- Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting, and implementing effective mechanism which enforces monitoring and testing of primary controls.

- Managing internal & external audit requirement for India & other regions

- Develop strong advisory controls relationship and deliver control service quality to India & regional stake holders.

- Candidate have strong experience in Risk management within the Global organization, working across sectors.

- Ability to identify, assess and communicate the need for risk management in fast paced environment.

- Risk & Control subject matter expertise.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the external risk, regulatory environment.

- Coordinating and anchoring Operational Risk & Technology Risk Forums to provide visibility of the current Risk landscape in the T&O world using a mixture of lead and lag indicators and tracking the action items till closure

- Representing India in Regional Operation Risk & Technology Risk forums

- Representing T&O unit in India Operations Risk Forum

- Acting as Unit Operations Risk Manager ( UORM) for Technology and Operations unit and providing Risk & Control Governance Overlay on various of T&O

- Strong liaison and interaction with various unit heads including Operations Units, IT, CISO, Business Unit & Risk Management Group to assess various hotspots and helping with Thematic Reviews / Hotspot fixing etc

- Data Analytics on various Technology and Operations Audit, Concurrent Audit &

- Regulatory reports to assess hot spots and taking corrective actions

- Tracking completion of various audit, self assessment issues as well as compliance of cyclic activities such as vulnerability assessment, Penetration testing, application security reviews and independently validating thru sampling

- Ensuring the Operational Risk tools like Key Risk Indicators(KRIs), Risk and Control

- Self Assessment (RCSA), Incident Management and Root cause Analysis are being used effectively
