Vice President - Online Marketing - Startup - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB (6-12 yrs)
- We are looking for a hands-on senior digital marketing leader to join us and build the function from scratch.
- Run all the digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, content, display and affiliate channels. This person would also be responsible for offline/brand marketing function when we start those channels.
- Setup and lead the entire marketing team.
- Own the P&L of the marketing business (both revenue and costs).
- 8+ years of total experience with minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing channels.
- Deep expertise in both Facebook and Adwords is a must as these would be the most important channels for customer acquisition.
- Experience in offline/brand marketing would be a plus.
- Education from Tier 1 technology/ management institutes.
- We are looking for a hands-on leaders only and not pure people managers.
- Excellent logic and problem solving skills.
- Experience of working with large and cutting edge internet startups and firms would be a big plus.
- Startup experience is a big plus
