Vice President - Network Security Engineer (8-12 yrs)
Network Security Engineer (VP)
- Network Security Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network security architectures, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Firewall and Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS): Deploy, configure, and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS devices to monitor and protect network traffic, detect malicious activities, and respond to security incidents.
- Define process/ SOP for IPS signature updates, security and functionality patch on the security devices.
- Virtual Private Networks (VPNs): Configure and support VPN technologies to enable secure remote access and data transmission.
- Network Access Control: Implement and maintain network access controls, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) mechanisms, to ensure only authorized individuals can access the network.
- Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify network weaknesses, prioritize vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures.
- Incident Response: Develop and execute incident response plans to promptly detect, analyze, and mitigate security incidents. Coordinate with other teams to investigate and resolve network security breaches.
- Security Audits and Compliance: Participate in security audits, Regulatory audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of network security controls, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
