Vice President - .Net Architect - BFSI

This role requires the leader to do the following:

1. Works closely with partners in US and aligns with the overall vision of the organization

2. Design technical solutions for business requirements on the Investor Services platform

3. Develop software using .NET, and Javascript/NodeJS technologies

4. Work with product owners, project managers, and business users to understand requirements and develop solutions

5. Perform code reviews and provide guidance to team members

6. Able to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues

7. Mentor and train new team members

8. Configure and monitor CI/CD system, such as Bamboo to ensure regular builds complete successfully

9. Set up the overall technology team in India

10. Is a change agent and is effectively able to implement changes in a win-win mode

11. Manages, motivates and leads the team from the front

12. Sets smart goals and expectations with team members and holds team members accountable

13. Performs performance evaluation of team members and creates development plan for each team member

14. Promotes the cause of collaboration with local business teams and technology team globally and provides solutions to the business challenges proactively

15. Coordinates with other leadership stakeholders to ensure that dependencies are accounted for and appropriately prioritized

16. Formulates a clear purpose for the team based on client and product strategy, integrating regulatory requirements

17. Be accountable for the delivery against the team's KPIs

18. Be the voice of the team with regards to wider stakeholder engagement

19. Ensures regulatory compliance across the entire team

20. Coordinates priorities, budgets and is the interface with other teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
