A Leading Private Bank is looking out for a VP & Enterprise Sales National Process Manager ( Social Network Channel) to be based at Mumbai.
Job Purpose:
- Supporting the Corporate Salary Channel in the Acquisition of Corporate Salary Relationships.
- Monitoring, training and Supervising the Social network Enterprise Sales Channel.
- The individual with help of other tools will expand the reach of the Banks acquisition teams and will tap into more whitespace accounts through the social network Enterprise Sales Channel.
- To work toward Channel Management with a view to maximize Bank penetration and ensuring Business discipline.
- Work collaboratively with Retail Branch Banking Central team - SET & Zonal Salary Heads and drive central initiatives for overall Improvement of Salary channel.
- Will also be responsible for creating and executing the sales, as well as grooming of the Channel.
- Operationalize Go - To - Market Strategies for new products & initiatives for corporate salary channel.
- Liaise with corporate salary channel and product to drive the Channel on Bank Objectives.
- Business Process Reengineering, Process refinement, improvisation, simplification to ensure ease of operation to Salary Channel.
Areas to Work on will include:
- New corporate acquisition through Connecting with the Decision Makers, Influencers and Gate Keepers in corporates in every Region. Referencing and followup for signup of new corporates for salary account relationship.
- Use of analytics to reach out to the Senior officials / Key officials who were earlier working with corporates banking with the Bank but have moved to corporates with multi bank empanelment and have started banking with some other bank.
- Lateral Acquisition can be increased by connecting with the senior leadership.
Qualification, Key Skills and Experience:
- MBA from Premium Institute / CA with 15 + yrs experience
- Exposure to Social Network Sales Module mandatory.
- Sales and Influencing Skills with Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to banking preferable
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial industry.
