Job Purpose: - Owner of Interfaces - Design/Stack choices &amp; enforce standards - Ensure high performing, crash free, modular &amp; optimized Apps/WebApps Key Responsibilities : - Take complete ownership of the development projects on interfaces - Multi-task, work with ambiguity and quickly re-prioritizing responsibilities - Manage communication between IOS/Android/Web &amp; API teams - Creating compact footprint and crash-free App/WebApps Key Performance Indicators - High performing architecture on Web &amp; APPs - Performance - Building industry leading experience on interfaces Skills/Educational qualification required: - B.Tech/M.Tech from premier institute or equivalent work experience - Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum - Manage processes between partners, marketing and creative teams - Experience with 3rd party SDKs integration. - Product Development lifecycle journey experience is a must - Experience with PWA, Android &amp; IOS development - Experience in managing Mobile APP teams. Minimum 4 years - Experience with either Github or GitLab, Confluence, &amp; Jira - Experience with streaming content is a plus - Full stack experience is a plus - Automation experience is a plus - Experience in Web Applications is a plus Professional experience required: Total experience: 8 -15 Years Industry/Role experience: - 8+ years experience developing Mobile Applications - Managed Android/IOS/Web teams(preferred) Behavioral Attributes: - Leader by example - Can do code &amp; debugging - Out of box thinking for resolving problems - Passion for on time delivery of high-quality products
