Vice President - Middle Office - BFSI

Key Result Areas :

- Middle Office Product Control, experience in Fixed Income Clearing & Equities Products

- Responsible for managing Product Control and Trade Support teams across asset classes.

- Will involve significant exposure to the Front Office and extensive interaction with senior management and multiple support functions.

- Drive strategic direction in country to Build a Product Control & Trade Support Team while enabling the Markets businesses

- Influence the regional & global strategy of Middle Office

- Build strong/influential relationships and serves as key contact for clients, regulators and business partners

- Establish a continuous process improvement environment within the team

- Execute and integrate new capabilities, as driven by local, regional and global objectives

- Continuous education on market events and industry trends and ability to translate and adjust accordingly

- Translate data into key business metrics and decision making. Work with business partners to accurately forecast and support business growth strategies

Person Profile :

- 10+ years of relevant industry and P&L experience with an overall experience of 13-18 years.

- Detailed knowledge of either FICC & Equity product

- High ethical standards and strong control mindset

- Highly motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Effective communication skills with English proficiency

- Excellent client service mentality and approach

- Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure environment

- Takes initiative and challenges existing processes and procedures in a proactive manner
