Vice President - Mergers & Acquisition - Consulting Firm (7-15 yrs)
- Able to evaluate trends/themes in the respective sector and secure new mandates for the firm
- Have a knack for business development Brings along good relationships with various corporates and fund houses.
- Well versed with excel and financial modeling - Should be able to independently make business plans on his own.
- In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies including DCF
- We should be able to independently prepare pitch books/ presentations/ Information Memorandums with quality output.
