- Strategize and develop product suite roadmap for Mass products at SBI Card - Conceptualize and launch new mass products and enhance value proposition of existing products - Create national strategic partnerships to enhance value proposition of existing and new mass products - Decide upon Product Positioning, Sales, and Branding & communication strategy - Responsible for P&L for all Mass products in the portfolio - Lead cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new products and functionalities - Managing branding and communication for the proposed products and the complete life cycle management of the products. - Recommend and deploy new strategies and direct marketing initiatives, based on customer analytics, that drive incremental customer revenue and interaction for products in his portfolio - Project Fee/Network Income and Expense for MOU projections - Define and execute Payment association(Visa+MC) strategy for SBI Card - Launch of New Payment associations and Networks like Rupay and Amex - Maximize and optimize network (Visa+MC) incentive from a revenue standpoint. - Recommend new sourcing/ Portfolio migration strategy to maximize revenue from the agreement/ incentive structure with the Networks. - Be abreast with the latest technological and regulatory development on Network dynamics on issuance, acquiring and authorizations. - Responsible for achieving a fee revenue and Interchange revenue for the organization - Identify new revenue enhancement opportunities and plug existing revenue leakages if any at SBI Card - Strategize and execute launch of new payment innovations/technology products in the payments ecosystem Working on new technologies like Host Card Emulation and Visa Checkout and Master pass
