Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creating an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing the brand
- Oversee and grow the Marketing function, consistently identifying revenue opportunities through established & potential collaborations
- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of various Brand Marketing campaigns, including design, implementation, tracking, results, analysis, and recommendations
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, projections, expenditure spending, and other financial consideration
- Understand key Marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to develop deep actionable insights
Requirement:
- 12-15 years overall experience with a successful track record in Senior Marketing roles
- Masters' degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication
- Experience with Digital, Brand, and Performance Marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage large Marketing budgets
- Prior demonstrated experience in building strong consumer brands will be an added advantage
