Job Description : Responsibilities : - To explore, liaison and create inbound lead channels for sales as per the needs of the leadership or business plan. - Being responsible for assigned lead inquiry channels (digital, ATL/BTL, etc), its distribution, growth, and reporting. - Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets - To work closely with the leadership team to define the business strategy, including but not limited to the corporate vision, target consumer groups, the definition of the business and development of key differentiators through an analysis of the market scenario and identification of the existing gaps in the market. - Create appropriate consumer experience across all touch-points. - Engaging with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and providing appropriate recommendations on campaign execution - Strategize and work hands-on and/or with agencies on performance marketing campaigns - Develop a coherent brand strategy for the company, including but not limited to a comprehensive competitive analysis, a compelling brand story, positioning, key messages, creative and communication elements. - To translate the brand strategy into a marketing plan and lead its execution in the marketplace, including advertising and all forms of marketing communications. - To develop relationships with branding and advertising agency partners to deliver on the above requirements. - To define and enable sales for business predictability and achievement along with sales and product training. - Collaborate with internal/ external teams to create digital assets such as sites, landing pages and social media pages with an optimal user experience - Constantly monitor campaigns and coordinate with the agency to achieve the desired results and stay within budgets - Collaborate with internal/ external teams to create digital assets such as sites, landing pages and social media pages with an optimal user experience - Using data to understand sales trends/market trends/customer behavior and making relevant recommendations to the team based on this data - Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention - Evaluate new and creative growth strategies, emerging technologies during non-campaign periods and provide suggestions for adoption
