Head Marketing: Job Purpose: To lead and drive the brand awareness of the business by driving all strategic objectives from brand building and marketing point of view across various stakeholders and consumer segments. Challenges: 1. Ensuring that the marketing function drives the quick scaling up of the business. 2. Building a competitive brand by building brand and product awareness. 3. Creating a unique brand positioning and establishing the same in the market Responsibilities: - Build and manage the Marketing strategy along with driving the revenue for the organization to create value for the business - Create and maintain the brand image and market share for the business and all the products that will be a part of the product portfolio. - Plan and drive new product development initiatives to ensure continued value enhancement of the brand and product portfolio. - Oversee the execution of all marketing and brand related activities for the brand and product portfolio - Ensure continuous enhancement of customer experience for the brand and product portfolio - Manage and grow the talent within the team by driving people management initiatives Education & Qualifications Post graduation - PGDBM/MBA with 12+ yrs of experience . Experience required: - Person must have served marketing & general management role with top notch consumer facing industries as well as in entrepreneurial environment. He must have played a important role in building & growing the business to the next level . Personal attributes - Problem Solver, with limited supervision who can take critical decisions - Build relationships with good networks and contacts to gain support from all levels of company, customers and people - Self-starter who can understand, formulate and execute business plans accurately. He needs to understand market flow, company strategy and how to implement it independently. - Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to influence the authority to drive business agenda. - Focus on identification of needs and delivering results is the base of every function. The person should think and maximize efforts in the requisite direction to deliver the best results. - Expected to drive the business through his team providing the necessary leadership to conduct business with a high degree of systemic control, integrity and passion.
