Vice President Marketing - FinTech

We are hiring for Vice President Marketing with the right expertise to help achieve organizations goals.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Work on identifying and creating organic and performance marketing plan, strategy and team

2. Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business requirements

3. Build, manage and train high-performing marketing team

4. Aim to attract and retain new and invested users.

5. Direct and support market research; collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short-term and long-term market forecasts and reports

6. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

7. Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies

8. Manage marketing budget and expenditures

9. Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies, positioning and devise counter-strategies

10. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

11. Use relevant tools to measure the performance of the campaigns

12. Work closely on PR and influencer marketing

Requirements :

1. 8-12 years of relevant work experience in a B2C or D2C company; startup experience is a plus

2. Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use to facilitate business activities

3. Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback

4. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines

5. Ability to distill marketing challenges and business objectives into focused creative briefs
