- Adhering to company's digital brand standards, manage and create content, optimize for SEO/SEM and manage analytics for all digital-marketing related activities including the website, social media sites, microsites and digital marketing campaigns. - Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of paid digital efforts, including display advertising, SEM and SEO. - Define the brand strategy and roadmap - Analyze and report on customer behavior insights to improve the company - Manage e-mail marketing programs, lists, imports, and permissions as well as create mailer/push notification content - Conduct landing page and e-mail campaign tests - Coordinate online/offline sales and marketing events - Develop and write digital content on page and off page - Integrate online activities with off-line marketing communications plans to ensure plans provide optimal business support - Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, web development, etc. - Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns Qualifications : - Should be self-driven and motivated - 7+ years of Digital Marketing experience with a focus on Consumer. - Computer Science, Engineering, Product/UX Design or Management degree. - Must be high energy and possess good communication skills - Should have worked on a B2C brand, either directly or via an agency - Should have experience working in a Start-up
