Our client is redefining the future of student living by curating and managing residential and purpose-built student accommodation options.

As the VP - Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and brand recall that generates leads and enables sales effectiveness.

What you will do:

- Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities

- Supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals

- Producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently

- Planning and executing campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new products etc.

- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning their implementation from ideation to execution

- Monitoring progress and submitting performance reports

- Controlling budgets and allocating resources amongst projects

- Gaining consumer insights through market research

- Conducting general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor marketing movements

- Becoming the organizations agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships

What you need to know/have:

- MBA from reputed institute (Tier-1/2 colleges)

- Demonstrable work experience of at least 10-12 years in marketing function with 3-4 years leading the function for consumer brands

- Should have excellent understanding and experience of ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing

- Demonstrated track record of building brands and growing sales

- Should have in depth understanding of marketing landscape to plan and execute strategies in direct promotions and branding

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Should be up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

- Customer-oriented approach with good aptitude

- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
